Kineton Green PTA is a small team of Parents who are supported by the Teaching staff and Mrs Mason. The PTA hold an AGM once every half term to discuss and plan fund raising events for the school. Everyone is always very welcome to join us for these meetings. It also gives parents the opportunity to meet other parents and share their experiences and ideas.

Our aim is to bring together parents, children, governors and staff with social activities and events. To build up a positive community within the school, whilst raising additional funds to go towards extra educational activities for our children. Activities that may not be prioritised by central funding but are judged to be of value to the children’s learning experience.

The PTA recently purchased the trim trail adventure playground for the children and we are already planning on adding more items to this in the near future.

We put on numerous events throughout the year for the children and their families. We normally have three discos and a Summer and Christmas Fayre each year. We also organise personalised Christmas cards and leavers hoodies for our year six pupils. I am hoping to add to this and we already have some wonderful ideas in the pipeline.

I would like to think that we are friendly and approachable, so if any of you have any ideas or comments regarding the events the PTA run please do come up and let me or one of the other PTA members know your thoughts. We will discuss and take them on board. Again we will happily welcome any new members who would like to join the PTA. As you can imagine there is a lot of time and organisation that goes on in the background to make our events exciting and successful.
